Rookie Runners: Grade 3
Thursdays April 9 - May 7 after school till 4:30 PM
This fun-based run program is designed to teach young athletes the basics of running in a fun and interactive way. Participants will learn proper stretching, warm-ups, conditioning, techniques, and cool-down throughout the course of the program. Each week, the program will include both instructional and interactive sections. Bally Sports' staff will lead the program each week, however parent assistance is welcomed. Participants receive a T-shirt.
Program location is Granville Elementary Back field.
